In 1990 I decided that I wanted to enter the insurance industry. My hero, role model and father, Caesar Lesniak, was an established insurance agent working within the Chicagoland marketplace and recommended that I look for a company that would train me. I was lucky enough to start my career at Sentry Insurance Company. Over the last 25+ years my sales career has taken me to different corners of the industry. My insurance sales experience covers both retailer agency (independent agency and national brokerage) and wholesale brokerage operations – which, to me, is the best bit of experience I have to share with my customers. With my overall experience in the industry, combined with my extensive knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace, my background and training allows me to help place many different classes of businesses and solve my customers’ needs as best as they see fit. In my current role, as an independent agent, my only objective is to represent each one of my customers to the best of my ability and offer high quality service while presenting to them the broadest coverage at a competitive price.
